How does billing and wallet deduction work?
When you recharge your wallet, balance is added immediately. When you make a call, talktime is calculated strictly per-second based on the listener's displayed per-minute rate. When you hang up, only the exact seconds used are deducted.
What happens if a call disconnects prematurely?
